Bbq meatbaalls ingredients
- Meatballs
- 1 lb Lean ground beef
- 1⁄2 c Bread crumbs
- 1⁄3 c Minced Onion
- 1⁄4 c Milk
- 1 Eggs, beaten
- 1 T Snipped fresh parsley
- 1 t Salt
- 1⁄2 t Pepper
- 1 t worchestershire sause
- Sauce-
- 1 Bottle chili sauce
- 1 Jar (10oz) grape jelly
Cooking Bbq meatbaalls
1. Combine meatball ingredients.
2. Browni meatballs in large skillet.
3. Drain off fat and remove meatballs.
4. Combine sauce ingredients in same skillet and heat, stirring until jelly melts.
5. Return meatballs and heat through.
6. Serve warm.
7. Makes about 5 dozen.
