Basil Bean Salad ingredients
- 1 10oz. pkg frozen green beans
- 1⁄2 c Onions; very thinly sliced
- 2 T Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 T olive oil; plus 1 tsp.
- 3 T water
- 1⁄8 t garlic Powder
- 1 t Dried basil
- 1 T Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1⁄8 t Pepper
- Salt to taste
Cooking Basil Bean Salad
1. Cook beans according to directions, cooking until just tender-crisp.
2. Drain.
3. Combine beans and onions in a large bowl.
4. Combine remaining ingredinets and pour over beans.

6. Chill several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
