Basic vinaigrette ingredients
- 1⁄4 c Red Wine Vinegar
- -or rice wine
- 1⁄2 c water
- 1 1⁄2 T Apple juice concentrate
- 1⁄4 T garlic Powder
- 1⁄4 T Onion powder
- 1 T Fresh lemon juice
- 1 T Low-sodium soy sauce
- 1⁄2 T Dijon mustard no-salt added
- 1 ds Red (cayenne) pepper
Cooking Basic vinaigrette
1. Place all ingredients in jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well.
2. When mixture is well blended, place in refrigerator until served.
