Basic Sambaizu Sauce

Basic Sambaizu Sauce ingredients
- 5 T Rice vinegar
- 5 T dashi stock
- 1⁄2 c Sugar
- 4 t soy sauce
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 1⁄8 t Monosodium glutamate
Cooking Basic Sambaizu Sauce
1. Combine vinegar, dashi, sugar, soy, and salt in a small saucepan, over a medium flame.
2. Sprinkle with msg. Heat and stir to a boil.
3. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
4. Use as desired.
