Basic Quiche

- Main Ingredient: Various Fish Cheese Eggs

Basic Quiche ingredients
- 1 Deep dish frozen pie crust
- 1⁄3 c Ham, bacon, fish,(sauteed)
- 4 Eggs
- 1⁄2 c 1/2-1/2
- 1⁄2 c Grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Basic Quiche
1. Pre-bake the pie crust til golden brown.
2. Layer the meat on the bottom of the crust after it is browned.
3. In a blender mix the eggs, cheese, 1/2 and 1/2 and seasoning.
4. Pour into the pie shell over the meat and bake for 40 min. at 350.
