Basic Nasi Goreng

Basic Nasi Goreng ingredients
- 20 clv Cooking oil
- 60 g Onions, finely chopped
- 20 g garlic, finely chopped
- 10 g Ginger, finely chopped
- 6 g Chili paste
- 6 g Shrimp paste
- 10 g tamarind
- 10 clv soy sauce
- 5 clv Oyster sauce
- 160 g Chicken Julienne
- 80 g Ham Julienne
- 120 g Prawns, cut into pieces
- 60 g Carrot julienne
- 80 g Chinese Cabbage Julienne
- 450 g Cooked rice
- 2 Fresh eggs
- 2 Fried eggs
- 30 g Fried sliced onions
- 10 g Coriander, chopped
- 20 g Spring onions, emmince
- 4 Beef Satay
- 4 Chicken Satay
- 8 Prawn crackers
- 2 ports Indonesian peanut sauce
Cooking Basic Nasi Goreng
1. In a wok, heat the oil. Sauté the onions, garlic and ginger for a few seconds.
2. Add the chicken and prawns 7 ham julienne, stir fry for a few minutes.
3. Add the various vegetables.
4. Sauté for few minutes, crack in 2 eggs stirring constantly.
5. At this stage add the cooked rice, stirring well so as to mix it with the other ingredients.
6. Add the various seasoning: Soya sauce, Oyster saucei, shrimps paste, chili paste, tamarind.
7. Mixi well and season with a little sale & pepper if necessary.
8. Serve the rice topped with a fried egg, chopped spring onions, fried onions and coriander.
9. Garnishi with the grilled satay and the prawn.
