Barvarian sausage salad ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb Knockwurst, cooked / cooled
- 2 Pickles, small
- 1 Onion, medium
- 3 T Vinegar
- 1 T Mustard, Prepared
- 2 T Vegatable oil
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1⁄4 t Pepper
- 1⁄4 t Paprika
- 1⁄4 t Sugar
- 1 T capers
- 1 T parsley, chopped
Cooking Barvarian sausage salad
1. * mustard must be the strong djon or gulden type.
2. cut the knockwurst into small cubes.
3. Mincei the pickles and onion.
4. Mixi together the vinegar, mustard and oil. Add salt, pepper, paprika and sugar.
5. Adjust seasonings if desired.
6. Add the capers; mix well.
7. Stiri in the chopped knockwurst, pickles, and onions.
8. Just before serving, garnish with chopped parsley.
