Barvarian Potato Salad

Barvarian Potato Salad ingredients
- 4 c Potatoes
- 2 c chicken broth
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1⁄4 c Vegatable oil
- 1⁄3 c Onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 t Sugar
- 2 T Lemon juice
- 1 Pepper; as desired
Cooking Barvarian Potato Salad
1. * Potatoes should be peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick.
2. ** chicken broth may be either home made or commercial.
3. Boil potatoes in broth with 1/4 t salt for 5 to 8 minutes, until tender.
4. Drain.
5. Tossi warm potatoes with vegetable oil and onions.
6. Dissolve remaining 1/4 t salt and the sugar in lemon juice.
7. Pour over potatoes.
8. Marinatei salad 1 to 2 hours before serving.
9. Serve at room temperature.
