Barley-amaranth waffles

- Main Ingredient: Barley
- Course: Various Breads Bakery Pancakes and waffles

Barley-amaranth waffles ingredients
- 3⁄4 c AM Amaranth flour
- 1 c AM Barley flour
- 1 T Non-alum baking powder
- 1⁄4 t Sea salt (optional)
- 1 1⁄2 c Milk, soymilk, or water
- 3 T AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
Cooking Barley-amaranth waffles
1. Mixi liquids and dry ingredients separately, then beat together with a hand mixer.
2. Pour onto hot, non-stick surface griddle.
3. Thin batter with additional water if needed.
4. Makes four waffles.
5. May be used for pancakes also.
