Barbecued pork cream soup ingredients

  • 2483527⁄624973141 c butter
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c flour
  • 2483527⁄624973141 lb Ground barbecued pork
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t MSG (optional)
  • 2 t worchestershire sause
  • 1 t Tabasco sauce
  • 2 t Salt
  • 1 t white pepper
  • 2 c chicken broth or
  • consomme
  • 1 qt Whole milk
  • 4 T Madeira
  • Barbecued pork strips
  • Green onions; chopped

Cooking Barbecued pork cream soup

1. Recipe by: china row melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
2. Add ground barbecued pork & mix together.
3. Add flour & stir constantly for 4-5 min. , but don"t allow to burn.
4. Add all seasonings to broth & then slowly add to first mixture.
5. Slowly add milk & stir until blended.
6. Let simmer 7-10 min. and stir constantly.
7. Just before serving, stir in madeira.
8. Serve garnished w/ barbecued pork strips, fresh green onion bits & a splash of madeira.
