- 8 Chicken Breasts Boned
- 8 Slices Bacon
- 1 4 oz. Jar Dried Beef
- 1 Can cream of mushroom soup
- 2483527⁄624973141 pt Sour cream
Cooking Barbara's Chicken, Dried Beef and Bacon Bake
1. Place dried beef over entire bottom of a pyrex dish (size to accommodate the pieces of chicken).
2. Wrap the chicken breasts in half slices of bacon and place on top of the beef.
3. Mixi soup and sour cream and pour over top. This can be prepared hours before baking, place in refrigerator and cover with aluminum foil to mix the flavors.
4. Bakei uncovered at 275 for 3 hours.
5. Serve with rice medley, boiled potatoes or fries potatoes, whichever your family prefers.
