Banzai Peanut Sauce ingredients

  • 2 T Melted butter or peanut oil
  • 3 Jalapeno, serrano or Thai
  • 1 Peppers, seeded and minced
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c coconut milk
  • 2 T Unsalted smooth peanut butte
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1 T Lime Juice
  • 2 t Sesame oil
  • 1 t Honey
  • 1 t Habanero sauce or
  • 1 Favorite red hot pepper sauc

Cooking Banzai Peanut Sauce

1. In a saucepan, add the melted butter, chili peppers and garlic, and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Stiri in the coconut milk, beanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, honey and habanero sauce, and bring to a simmer.
3. Remove from the heat and transfer to a serving bowl.
4. Serve with grilled chicken, fish or lamb, or serve as a vegetable dip.
