Bananas foster ingredients

  • 1⁄2 c butter
  • 1⁄2 c Brown sugar
  • 1 T dark rum
  • 1 T Creme de Banana
  • 3 large Bananas, split and sliced
  • vanilla ice cream
  • Cinnamon

Cooking Bananas foster

1. In a wide skillet, melt butter and sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture has blended to caramel.
2. Add liquors and ignite.
3. (use caution!) heat bananas in mixture for 2 minutes and serve over ice cream.
4. Sprinkle w a dash of cinnamon.
