- 1 T Lemon juice
- 2 c Half-and-half

- 3 T rum
Cooking Banana-rum ice cream
1. In a large bowl, beat eggs until blended.
2. Beat in sugar and honey un- til smooth and light.
3. Stiri in bananas and lemon juice.
4. Stir in half-and-half, whipping cream and rum.
