Banana Sorbet

Banana Sorbet ingredients
- 3 large Bananas
- 1 t Lemon juice
- 2 large Eggs
- 1⁄3 c Sugar
Cooking Banana Sorbet
1. Peeli the bananas.
2. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
3. Beat the egg whites with 1/4 of the sugar until a snow-mixture is obtained.
4. Place the egg yolks in a small bowl.
5. Add 1/4 of the sugar, heat over a double boiler, constantly beating until the mixture becomes very thick.
6. Put the bananas, the rest of the sugar, and lemon juice in a blender.
7. Pureei using low speed, until well mashed.
8. Add the egg whites and yolk mixture, then mix well in the blender.
9. Pour the banana mixture in an ice cream container and freeze for about 3 hours.
10. Scoop in glass cups.
11. Top with light syrup if desired.
