Banana jumbles ingredients

  • 2 Extra-ripe bananas, peeled
  • 3⁄4 c Packed brown sugar
  • 1⁄2 c Creamy peanut butter
  • 3⁄4 c Raisins
  • 1 Eggs
  • 1⁄4 c margarine, softened
  • 1 1⁄2 c Old-fashioned oats
  • 1 c flour
  • 1 1⁄2 t baking powder
  • 1⁄2 t Salt

Cooking Banana jumbles

1. Mash bananas with fork to measure 1 cup. Beat brown sugar, peanut butter, margarine.
2. Stiri in egg and mashed bananas; beat to blend thoroughly.
3. Combine oats, flour, baking powder, salt.
4. Stir into banana mix. Add raisins; blend well.
5. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto greased (or coated with vegetable spray) cookie sheets.
6. Shape cookies with back of spoon.
7. Bakei at 375 °F for 12 to 14 minutes, until browned.
8. Cool on wire racks.
9. Makes 18 large cookies.
10. Preparation time: 15 minutes baking time: 12 to 14 minutes.
