Banana Curry Dip

Banana Curry Dip ingredients
- 1 T butter
- 1 Onions, finely chopped
- 1 Bananas
- 1 T curry powder
- 2483527⁄624973141 c water
- 1 T Apricot jam
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Sour cream
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Mayonnaise
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
Cooking Banana Curry Dip
1. Absolutely delicious with crunchy vegetables, this is also great with crackers, chicken fingers and wings.
2. pepper In saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; cook onion for 3 minutes, or until softened but not browned.
3. Push to side of pan. Thickly slice banana.
4. Add to pan and cook for 1 minutes.
5. Add curry powder and cook for 1 minute, stirring all ingredients together.
6. Add water and bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened and liquid is reduced by half.
7. Remove from heat; stir in jam. Transfer to food processor or blender; process until smooth.
8. Add sour cream,mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste; process just until combined.
9. (Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 1 day. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
