Banana cream pudding ingredients

  • c Graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 T Sugar
  • 2 t Molly mcbutter
  • FILLING
  • 3 oz Pkg. vanilla pudding & pie
  • -filling mix

  • c Sugar
  • 1 t Molly mcbutter
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t vanilla extract
  • c Fat-free sour cream
  • 3 large Banana -- Sliced
  • TOPPING
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 T Sugar

Cooking Banana cream pudding

1. In small bowl, combine ingredients for bottom layer, mix and sprinkle evenly over bottom of 9" pie plate sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Set aside.
3. In medium saucepan, combine pudding mix, evaporated milk, skim milk, sugar and molly mcbutter.
4. Stiri over medium heat until pudding comes to a boil.
5. Remove from heat and add vanilla and sour cream.
6. Mixi with electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
7. Add sliced bananas and spoon mixture into pie plate.
8. Combine ingredients for topping and sprinkle over top. Chill to set. Calories per serving: 24Fat per serving: less than 1 gram.
