Balsamic vinaigrette

Balsamic vinaigrette ingredients
- 1 T Dijon-style mustard
- 1⁄4 c Balsamic vinegar
- 2 T water
- 2 T Fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄4 t Dried leaf tarragon
- 1 clv garlic, minced
- 2 T Safflower oil
- 2 T Virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Balsamic vinaigrette
1. In a jar, combine the mustard, vinegar, water, lemon juice, tarragon and garlic.
2. Shake well to combine.
3. Add oils and shake again.
4. Seasoni with salt and pepper.
5. Chili before serving.
6. Makes about ¾ cup. 12 servings(1-tb each).
