Bak-o-bayou salad

Bak-o-bayou salad ingredients
- 1 Head iceberg lettuce
- 1 Bunch watercress
- 2 Creole tomatoes, cut into>>
- -wedges
- 1 Medium onion, sliced
- 1⁄2 Cloves garlic, crushed
- 1⁄2 c Mayonnaise
- 1 1⁄2 T Anchovy paste
- 1 1⁄2 T tarragon vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 t Lemon juice
- 3 T Chopped parsley
- Pareve imitation bacon bits
Cooking Bak-o-bayou salad
1. Tear lettuce into lge. Pcs. And cut watercress into sm. Pcs. Place lettuce, watercress, and tomatoes in a bowl.
2. Separate onion slices into rings and add to lettuce mixture.
3. Chill.
4. Blend garlic with mayo.
5. And anchovy paste in a bowl, then stir in vinegar and lemon juice slowly.
6. Add parsley and chill.
7. Pour dressing over lettuce mixture and garnish with imitation bacon bits.
