Baked tuna stuffed potatoes ingredients
- 8 large Baking potatoes
- 2 T Oleo
- 2 cn Tuna (7 oz.), drained
- 1 T Onion, grated
- 1 T Chopped parsley
- 1 cn Cheddar cheese soup
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Paprika
- 2 Drops (or more)Tabasco sauce
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 4 sli American Cheese, halved
Cooking Baked tuna stuffed potatoes
1. Wash potatoes and rub skins all over with oleo.
2. Prick with fork.
3. Bakei on oven rack in preheated 400°F.
4. oven for 1 ½ hrs. Or until tender.
5. Combine tuna, onion, parsley, soup, paprika, tabasco sauce and salt.
6. Tossi with fork to break up tuna and blend well.
7. Remove 1" slice from top of each potato.
8. Scoop out inside of potatoes, leaving shell.
9. Add potatoes to tuna mixture, tossing to mix well.
10. Spoon lightly into potato shells, mounding high.
11. Top each with ½ slice of cheese.
12. Return to oven until cheese melts.
