- 4 Summer squash -- pattypan
- 1 Onions

- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Fresh bread crumbs

Cooking Baked stuff pattypan squash
1. Set oven temp to 350°F.
2. Cut squash in half, horizonally and scoop out the seeds.
3. Chopi onion.
4. Crumble sausage and cook until no longer pink.
5. Remove from the pan with a slotted spoonand set aside.
6. Add onion to fat in pan and cook till soft, 2 mins.
7. Combine sausage, onion, parsley, bread crumbs, pepper and 2 tablespoons water.
8. Divide mixture among squash halves.
9. Brush tops of the stuffing and squash with oil. Pour ½-inch water in a large baking pan. Put squash in pan, cover and bake 30 minutes.
10. Uncover and bake until squash are tender and stufing is browned, about 15 mins.
