Baked Spinach-P)Asta Casserole ingredients

  • 1 lb Pasta shells
  • 1 lb Spinach -- chopped and steamed until tender
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 c Tomato sauce
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Soy milk
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 T basil, fresh -- chopped OR
  • 1 t basil, dried
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Baked Spinach-P)Asta Casserole

1. cook pasta in boiling water according to package directions.
2. Drain.
3. In large casserole dish, toss hot pasta with spinach, tomato sauce,soy milk, garlic and basil.
4. Seasoni to taste.
5. Top with bread crumbs.
6. Bakei at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
7. Serve hot. Total calories per serving: 214.
