Baked spare ribs and sauerkraut ingredients
- 1 spare ribs
- 2 c flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 Sauerkraut
- 1 ea Egg, beaten
- 1 c Milk
Cooking Baked spare ribs and sauerkraut
1. Cut spare ribs into portions and place in the bottom of a roasting pan. Add the sauerkraut, cover the pan and bake at 350°F for 1-½ hours.
2. Make dumplings by combining the flour, baking powder, milk and egg. Drop by spoonfuls on the sauerkraut.
3. Cover pan tightly and finish baking at 350°F for 30 minutes.
