Baked sausage patties ingredients
- 16 oz PORK BULK SAUSAGE
Cooking Baked sausage patties
1. Shape sausage into 8 patties about ¾ inch thick.
2. Place on rack in broiler pan. Bakei at 375 °F. For 15 to 20 minutes.
3. Drain on paper towels.
4. Note: to make ahead, prepare as directed, then let cool completely.
5. Wrap in aluminum foil; refrigerate.
6. To serve, let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
7. Bake at 350 °F.
8. For 10 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
