Baked peaches

Baked peaches ingredients
- 1 16 oz. can peach haves
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Flaked coconut
- 2 t Honey
- 2 t Rum extract/flavoring
- 1 T Peach syrup (reserve from
- Canned peaches)
Cooking Baked peaches
1. Heat oven to 400°F.
2. Drain peaches reserving 1 t of syrup.
3. Arrange peaches in a shallow baking dish with cut sides up. Combine coconut, honey, extract and syrup in small bowl.
4. Blend well.
5. Fill each peach with 1 t of mixture.
6. Bakei 5 minutes.
7. Cool before serving.
8. May be served as a light dessert with a dollop of whipped topping.
