Baked pasta with tomato sauce ingredients

  • 1 cn 28oz tomatoes in juice
  • 2483527⁄624973141 T Italian seasoning
  • 1 T Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 T Pepper
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 10 oz Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 15 oz Ricotta cheese
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Milk
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Parm cheese

Cooking Baked pasta with tomato sauce

1. Heat oven to 37Grease 13x9x2 baking dish.
2. Empty can of tomatoes into medium saucepan.
3. Stiri in italian seasoning, ½ t salt and ¼ t pepper.
4. Bring to a boil, stirring and breaking up matoes with a wooden spoon.
5. Reducei heat and simmer 25 min, stirring occasionally or til desired thickness.
6. While sauce cooks bring a large pot of lightly salted wter to a boil.
7. Add spaghetti and cook according to package directions, adding frozen veggies to pot for last 5 min of cooking time.
8. Drain well.
9. Meanwhile mix ricotta, milk, eggs, remaining salt and pepper in a large bowl.
10. Add spaghetti with vegetables and mix well.
11. Transfer to prepared dish and smooth top. Bakei 15 min til set.
12. Sprinkle with parm cheese; serve with the tomato sauce.
