Baked Oysters with Noodles Casserole ingredients
- 5 oz frozen noodles -- cooked
- 1 cn oysters -- (12 oz.) drain and
- save liquid
- 1 cn mushrooms -- (4 oz.)
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
- 1 c liquid (liquid from oysters and cream to
- make 1 c.)
- 2 T butter
- 2 T flour
- 5 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
Cooking Baked Oysters with Noodles Casserole
1. Cook noodles; drain and rinse in cold water.
2. Heat butter; add flour; stir until smooth.
3. Add liquid and cook until thick.
4. Add shredded cheese and melt.
5. Add noodles, oysters and mushrooms to sauce.
6. Blend well and put in a 1 quart casserole.
7. Top with buttered crumbs.
8. Bakei at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
