Baked chicken broccoli and rice ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast halves or
  • Legs
  • 1 cn Cream of Chicken and Broccoli soup
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 c water
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Regular long-grain rice uncooked
  • Pepper
  • Paprika

Cooking Baked chicken broccoli and rice

1. Remove skin from chicken if desired.
2. In 8-cup (2l) oblong baking dish, combine soup, water and rice.
3. Arrange chicken on rice mixture; sprinkle with pepper and paprika.
4. Bakei at 375f (190c), without cover, 50 to 60 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and rice is tender.
