Baked chicken breasts with horseradish cream sauce ingredients

Cooking Baked chicken breasts with horseradish cream sauce

1. Preheat oven to 350. in a medium-size saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
2. Stiri in flour and cook, stirring, for 1 minute without browning.
3. Whiski in milk, bring to a boil, and cook, stirring, until sauce is thick and smooth, about 3 minutes.
4. Stir in horseradish, sour cream, sugar, mustard, and vinegar.
5. Seasoni with salt and pepper to taste.
6. arrange chicken breasts, skin side up, in a baking dish.
7. Spoon half the horseradish sauce over chicken.
8. Bakei 45 minutes until chicken is tender.
9. Broili chicken for 5 minutes to brown.
10. Reheat remaining sauce and serve over chicken.
