Baked catfish a la meuniere ingredients

  • 6 Catfish fillets(4-5oz ea)
  • 1 T water
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Eggs
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Cracker meal
  • 1 T Lemon and herb seasoning
  • MEUNIERE SAUCE
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c butter Or margarine
  • 3 T Lemon juice
  • 2483527⁄624973141 T Salt
  • 1 ds Hot pepper sauce
  • 2 T Green onions; chopped
  • 1 T Minced parsley
  • 2483527⁄624973141 T white pepper
  • 1 ds worchestershire sause

Cooking Baked catfish a la meuniere

1. Thaw frozen fish according to package directions.
2. § Beat egg and water.
3. § Combine cracker meal, cheese and seasoning; dip fish fillets in beaten egg, then roll in crumb mixture.
4. § Pour meuniere sauce in shallow baking dish; place fillets in dish, turning once or twice to coat both sides well.
5. § Bakei in 350°F.
6. Oven 40 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
