Baked bluefish ingredients

  • 3 lb Bluefish fillets
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c white wine vinegar
  • 1 Bermuda Onion -- sliced
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t peppercorns
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Allspice
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Sour cream

Cooking Baked bluefish

1. Place bluefish fillets in a shallow ceramic or enameled baking dish.
2. Combine vinegar, onions, peppercorns, and allspice.
3. Pour over fillet, turning to coat.
4. Marinatei, skin side up, at room temperature, for 1 hour.
5. Pour off vinegar, but not onions or spices.
6. Turn skin side down and spread top with sour cream.
7. Bakei at 350 °F for 20-25 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
