Bailey's irish cream truffles ingredients
- 12 oz semi-sweet choc morsels
- 1⁄4 c Heavy Cream
- 1 T Sweet butter
- 2 Egg yolks
- 1⁄4 c baileys irish cream
Cooking Bailey's irish cream truffles
1. Melt chocolate, baileys and heavy cream together over very low heat.
2. Whiski in yolks, one at a time; mixture will thicken.
3. Whisk in butter.
4. Refrigerate overnight, or until firm.
5. With spoon make small balls.
6. Roll in powdered sugar, cocoa, chopped nuts, sprinkles, etc.
