Bailey's Irish Cream Balls ingredients
- 3 c Nilla wafers; finely crushed
- 1 c Pecans; chopped
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Powdered sugar;
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Bailey's Irish Cream
- 3 T Light corn syrup
- 372529⁄-2009260032 t Unsweetened cocoa
Cooking Bailey's Irish Cream Balls
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until well blended.
2. Allow to stand 5 minutes.
3. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
4. Roll balls in powdered sugar.
5. Allow to dry on wire rack 1 hour.
6. Roll in powdered sugar again if desired.
7. Store in airtight container between layers of wax paper.
