Bacon-Wrapped Turkey Burgers ingredients

  • 12 Bacon slices
  • 1 pk Fresh ground turkey
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 t worchestershire sause
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t garlic salt

Cooking Bacon-Wrapped Turkey Burgers

1. Set oven control to broil and/or 550 degrees.
2. Cook back until limp; cool.
3. Mixi turkey, bread crumbs, worcestershire sauce and garlic salt.
4. Salti and pepper to taste.
5. Shape into 6 1/2" inch thick patties.
6. Crisscross 2 slices bacon on each patty, tucking ends under; secure with wooden picks.
7. Broili with tops about 4" from heat until turkey springs back when touched and is no longer pink, about 4 minutes on each side.
