Bacon 'n cheddar beer soup ingredients

  • 6 oz Vegatable oil
  • 1 1⁄2 lb Onions, finely chopped
  • 1 1⁄4 lb Potatoes, diced
  • 1 lb Carrots, diced
  • 1 lb Celery, sliced
  • 1 cn Chef-Mate Bacon 'n Cheddar
  • -Cheese Sauce (#10 can)
  • 2 c Beer
  • 1 qt chicken stock
  • 1 1⁄4 lb Mixed Vegetables, frozen
  • 1⁄2 t Paprika
  • 1⁄2 t white pepper
  • 1⁄4 t Liquid Smoke flavor
  • 2 T parsley, chopped

Cooking Bacon 'n cheddar beer soup

1. Place vegetable oil in large stockpot.
2. Add onios, potatoes, carrots and celery; saute 25-30 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Combine thoroughly.
5. Simmeri 20 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve hot. makes 25 one cup servings.
