Bacon 'n cheddar beer soup

Bacon 'n cheddar beer soup ingredients
- 6 oz Vegatable oil
- 1 1⁄2 lb Onions, finely chopped
- 1 1⁄4 lb Potatoes, diced
- 1 lb Carrots, diced
- 1 lb Celery, sliced
- 1 cn Chef-Mate Bacon 'n Cheddar
- -Cheese Sauce (#10 can)
- 2 c Beer
- 1 qt chicken stock
- 1 1⁄4 lb Mixed Vegetables, frozen
- 1⁄2 t Paprika
- 1⁄2 t white pepper
- 1⁄4 t Liquid Smoke flavor
- 2 T parsley, chopped
Cooking Bacon 'n cheddar beer soup
1. Place vegetable oil in large stockpot.
2. Add onios, potatoes, carrots and celery; saute 25-30 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Combine thoroughly.
5. Simmeri 20 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve hot. makes 25 one cup servings.
