Bacon Corn Bread ingredients

  • 1 c Cornmeal
  • 1 c White flour
  • 3 t baking powder
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • 1 T Sugar
  • 1 Eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c Sweet Milk
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Diced bacon

Cooking Bacon Corn Bread

1. Sifti flour, measure, and sift with baking powder and salt.
2. Add corn-meal.
3. Combine egg, milk, and bacon which has been crisped.
4. Add dry ingredients.
5. Fill well-oiled muffin tins 2/3 full.
6. Bakei in hot oven (450 F) 15 minutes.
7. 10 minutes.
