- 1 lb Lean ground beef
- 1 med Onion, quartered, sliced
- 1 med Bell pepper, cut in bite- sized strips
- 6 Slices bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled
- 372529⁄164516864 oz Can chunky pizza sauce
- 3 Italian plum tomatoes
- 4 oz Cheddar, 6 slices
- 2 Eggs
- 1 c Milk
- 1 t Oil
- 1 c flour

- 2 Slices bacon. crisp cooked, crumbled
Cooking Bacon Cheeseburger Upside-Down Pizza
1. 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In large saucepan, brown ground beef with onion and bell pepper; drain.
3. Stiri in 6 slices crumbled bacon and pizza sauce.
4. Spoon into ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish.
5. Sprinkle evenly with tomatoes; top with cheese slices.
6. 2. In medium bowl, beat eggs slightly.
7. Add milk and oil; mix well.
8. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Add flour and salt; beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
9. Pour evenly over cheese slices.
10. Sprinkle with 2 slices crumbled bacon.
11. 3. Bakei at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until topping is slightly puffed and deep golden brown.
