Bacon and Potato Pie ingredients

  • 1 lb Bacon
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 8 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 lb Russet potatoes, peeled,
  • Grated
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 c Sharp cheddar, grated
  • 1 dsp Pepper

Cooking Bacon and Potato Pie

1. Preheat oven 350 F. Greasei 9x13 glass baking dish.
2. Microwave bacon, remove.
3. Add onion to bacon fat, microwave; remove.
4. Combine eggs, potatoes, cheese, and pepper.
5. Crumble bacon and mix into egg mixture.
6. Add onions.
7. Pour into prepared baking dish.
8. Bakei until center is set, 45 mins.
9. Cut into squares.
