Bacon and pepper sauce ingredients
- lb Bacon
- 1 green peppers, diced
- 1 Red pepper diced
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 Cloves garlic, chopped
- Stick butter
- 4 T olive oil
- 10 Plum tomatoes chopped
- 2483527⁄624973141 c white wine
- 1 Hot pepper halved and seeded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Bacon and pepper sauce
1. Sautee bacon until almost crisp.
2. Drain.
3. Add butter and oil. Sautee onion and garlic.
4. add peppers and sautee 5 min. add tomatoes and wine, cook 15 min. remove hot pepper.
5. Seasoni with salt and pepper and serve over pasta.
