Bacon And Cheese ingredients
- 4 rasher Streaky Bacon
- 50 g Tasty cheese eg cheddar
- 20 ml Milk
Cooking Bacon And Cheese
1. Fryi bacon until crispy.
2. Remove it from frying pan and place onto a warm bowl or plate.
3. Pour away most of the excess fat from pan but leave a little for flavour.
4. Add milk to the pan and stir to incorporate any burnt bacon juices.
5. When boiling, add grated or thinly sliced cheese and allow it to melt into the milk.
6. At this stage the milk will probably separate into curds and whey.
7. Stiri well.
8. Carefully pour the melted cheese/milk mixture over the bacon.
9. Best served with crusty french bread.
