Bacioni ingredients
- 2 pk Morning coffee biscuits
- 4 T Drinking chocolate powder
- 1 T Cocoa powder
- 2 T Coffee
- 200 g Hazelnut (roasted & crushed)
- 50 g Hazelnuts (roasted)
- 1 Tin sweeten condensed milk
- 2 T Almond extract
- 2 bar Cooking chocolate
- bit brandy or whisky
Cooking Bacioni
1. Crush biscuits.
2. Mixi biscuits with crushed hazelnuts, drinking chocolate, cocoa & coffee.
3. Add the sweeten milk, the almond extract, & the whisky or brandy.
4. Mix everything well.
5. Form small balls and put a whole hazelnut on top of each ball.
6. Melt the cooking chocolate.
7. And cover each ball with it.
