Bacioni ingredients

  • 2 pk Morning coffee biscuits
  • 4 T Drinking chocolate powder
  • 1 T Cocoa powder
  • 2 T Coffee
  • 200 g Hazelnut (roasted & crushed)
  • 50 g Hazelnuts (roasted)
  • 1 Tin sweeten condensed milk
  • 2 T Almond extract
  • 2 bar Cooking chocolate
  • bit brandy or whisky

Cooking Bacioni

1. Crush biscuits.
2. Mixi biscuits with crushed hazelnuts, drinking chocolate, cocoa & coffee.
3. Add the sweeten milk, the almond extract, & the whisky or brandy.
4. Mix everything well.
5. Form small balls and put a whole hazelnut on top of each ball.
6. Melt the cooking chocolate.
7. And cover each ball with it.
