Baby back ribs with mustard sauce ingredients
- 10 lb Baby back pork ribs, separatd
- Salt to taste
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- MUSTARD SAUCE
- 1 c Mustard-your choice
- 1⁄2 c Honey
- 1 c Dry white wine (opt)or stock
Cooking Baby back ribs with mustard sauce
1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the ribs, the place them in a large baking pan, and bake in oven until tenter, about 1 hr. Drizzle with the mustard sauce.
3. Yield: 10-2.
