Babute

Babute ingredients
- 2 lb Lean ground beef
- Salt
- 1 1⁄2 T curry powder
- 4 Eggs, beaten
- 1 c Milk
- 1 1⁄2 c Half-and-half
- 1 8 oz pkg. dried apricots
- - finely chopped
Cooking Babute
1. Bay leavesi butter combine beef, salt and curry powder.
2. Combine eggs, milk and cream.
3. Combine half of the egg mixture with the beef; stir in apricots.
4. Turn into a greased 13 x 9" baking dish.
5. Pour remaining egg mixture over top; float several bay leaves on top of milk; dot with butter.
6. Bakei at 350°F for 45 minutes until top resembles baked custard.
