Avocado Veggie Burgers

Avocado Veggie Burgers ingredients
- 1 med Avacados
- 1 c Cooked soybeans
- 1⁄2 small Onion, chopped
- 1 t Prepared mustard
- 1 T Tomato puree
- Salt to taste
- Whole wheat bread crumbs
Cooking Avocado Veggie Burgers
1. 1. Mixi all the ingredients except bread crumbs together in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
2. Put mixture into a bowl and add bread crumbs until the mixture sticks together enough to be formed into patties 2. Make two burger shaped patties and fry in oil until they're browned.
3. Serve on buns with your favorite burger fixings!.
