Avocado Mousse 2 ingredients

  • 3 Avacados
  • 3 dl Cream
  • 1 clv Tabasco
  • 6 Gelattine leaves

Cooking Avocado Mousse 2

1. Remove seed and skin from the avocado Pureei the avocado with chicken stock and cream.
2. Seasoni and add tabasco to taste.
3. Add melted gelatine and fold in the whipped cream.
4. Pour into the moulds and allow to set in the fridge.
5. Dip the mould in hot water for four seconds and unmould.
6. Arrange on an hors-Doeuvre plat and garnish with shrimps, smoked salmon, cavier and pickles.
