Avocado bread

Avocado bread ingredients
- 3⁄4 c Mashed ripe avocado
- 3 Eggs
- 1 c Vegatable oil
- 3 t vanilla
- 3 c All-purpose flour
- 1 1⁄2 c Sugar
- 2 t Cinnamon
- 1 t Salt
- 1 t Baking soda
- 1⁄2 t baking powder
- 3⁄4 c Walnuts, chopped
- 1 9- x 5-inch loaf pan
Cooking Avocado bread
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Greasei the loaf pan and set aside.
3. Mash the avocados and mix with the eggs, oil, and vanilla.
4. Blend well.
5. Add the flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
6. Foldi in the nuts.
7. Bakei for 1-½ hours.
8. Cover the top loosely with foil after the first 30 minutes.
