- 1 c Pumpkin, canned
- 2 t Pumpkin pie spice
- c Nuts, optional
- c raisins, optional
- APPLESAU ---
- 1 c Apple sauce
- 1 T molasses
- 1 t Cinnamon
- BANANA ---
- 3 bananas, ripe, mashed
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Cinnamon
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Ginger
- PEANUT butter BANANA ---
- 2 bananas, ripe, mashed
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Peanut butter
- CRANBERR ---
- 1 c Cranberries, chopped
- 1 T orange juice, concentrate
Cooking Autumn Quick Bread
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Gather the ingredients for the Quick Breadi Base and one of the variations.
3. Coat 4 small loaf pans with vegetable cooking spray.
4. Combine dry ingredients; blend well and set aside.
5. Combine wet ingredients; blend well.
6. Mixi together wet and dry ingredients.
7. Do not overmix.
8. Distribute batter among the 4 pans, and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
