Autumn cheesecake

Autumn cheesecake ingredients
- 1 c Graham cracker crumbs
- 3 T Sugar
- 1⁄2 t Cinnamon
- 1⁄4 c margarine; melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 c Sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1⁄2 t vanilla
- 4 c Thinly slied peeled apples
- 1⁄3 c Sugar
- 1⁄2 t Cinnamon
- 1⁄4 c Chopped pecans
Cooking Autumn cheesecake
1. Combine crumbs, sugar, cinnamon and margarine, press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bakei at 350 °F. , 10 minutes.
2. Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer, until well blended.
3. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Blend in vanilla, pour over crust.
5. Tossi apples with combined sugar and cinnamon.
6. Spoon apple mixture over cream cheese layer; sprinkle with pecans.
7. Bake at 350 °F. , 1 hour and 10 minutes.
8. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.
9. Variation: add ½ cup finely chopped pecans with crumbs for crust.
10. Continue as directed.
