Autumn apple muffins ingredients

  • 1 Egg; lightly beaten
  • 2 T Soft butter

  • c 2% milk
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c bran
  • 1 med apple, grated
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Raisins, soaked
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c rolled oats
  • DRY INGREDIENTS
  • c Whole-wheat flour
  • c All-purpose flour
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t baking powder
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Baking soda
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Cinnamon
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt

Cooking Autumn apple muffins

1. In large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients.
2. Sifti dry ingredients together.
3. Add to bran mixture, stirring until moistened.
4. Spoon into muffin cups.
5. Bakei at 425°F about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Makes 12 small muffins.
